A 2 yrs 10 months is suffering from Nephrotic Syndrome since past 1 year. He had 3 relapses including the first attack. At first time he was on oral predinisole and completed the full course. After one month break he had 1st relapse and he was treated with predinisole along with levimosole{alt 25 mg alt days}. After he completed the full dose of prdinosole, he was on only levimisole for 2 months and during this time he had one more relpse and his urine protine was 2 plus . He was stopped on levimosole and again predinisole was started and when he was tapering dose he was put on Endoxan 25 mg alt days.{at present he is on 5 mg predinisole alt days and endoxan 25 mg alt days}. We are monitoring his blood TC 2 weeks once. When we recently examined his blood and his TC is 4900 What treatment is recommended?

He seems to be steroid responsive. Just giving steroids should work. If he relapses too frequently. taper on daily basis or try levamisole.
