A 13 YRS OLD CAME TO ME HAVING DYSPEPSIA AND NAUSEA.HER LFT WAS NORMAL.I ADVISED HIM TAB PANTAPRAZOL AND TAB DOMPED.and TAB ALBENDAZOL..BUT HE DID NOT RESPONDED.LATER I WAS TOLD BY HIS PARENTS SOME OTHER DOCTOR ADVISED HIM TAB Famotidine AND TAB PERINORM.AND HE RESPONDED VERY WELL HIS NAUSEA DISAPPEARED AND APPETITE IMPROVED.I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE REASON._?CAN YOU HELP ME ABOUT THE POSSIBLE EXPLANATION _?

It may just have been a matter of time before he may have responded to the drugs that you had prescribed. It may also be placebo effect.
