A 12 years old male child is poor in studies. he is not able to reproduce in writing {In the examination} though he know the answer. He has normal I.Q . At times he finds it difficult to read simple words both in Tamil and English. For example, though he spells dog he reads it as god. Similarly he reads d as p. Is it due to dyslexia? If so waht is the remedial course of action?

The child has Dyslexiaa form of learning disability.
This child needs a special educator for learning.The child should be referred to someone specailist in the field of Learning Disability for complete evaluation and further management.
