A 10 years old female child presented with blindness since 4 years of age. She was diagnosed as toxic amblyopia. Her fundus exam revealed optic atrophy. CT scan orbit and head was normal. Since one month she developed ataxic gait. DTR were brisk and planter were extensor. No h,o convulsion. Milestones were normal. Other systemic examination normal. What will be the diagnosis and how to proceed with the child?
