A 10 year male child presented with incontinence of urine and sometimes fecal incontinence since 6 months .One year back this child had GBS .His urine culture is normal. I think this child has developed neurogenic blader. What is your opinion? How to manage the child?

neurogenic bladder may be a possibility since the patient must have been catheterised around 1 yr back but now its a remote possibility may have to investigate to rule any local spinal pathology
