2 siblings aged 2 and 5 years are asymptomatic, have normal CXRs and ESR, but montoux test positive{ 11mm and 14mm respectively}. Their mother is a case of pulmonary Kochs on treatment since 2 months.what therapy is advised for the siblings_?
6months INH, 3 months INH and Rifampicin or, 6 months INH and rifampicin_?
also please let me know where I can finf the latest TB guiudelines for children. thank you.

As per latest WHOguidelines for TB, 6 months INH should be enough for latent TB.
