WHICH ONE IS RATIONAL:
EASY FIVE{CHIRON}VACCINE OR HIBERIX- plus TRITANRIX HB VACCINE?
IN TRITANRIX-HB plus HIBERIX WE HAVE TO RECONSTITUTE BUT IN EASY FIVE WE CAN GIVE IT DIRECTLY.

The expert opinion by our panelists is given under the heading of "pediatriconcall". Please check for the same.

Both Easy five and the reconstitution of Tritanrix-HB with Hiberix are equally good and effective. There is nothing to choose between the two from the points of view of either immunological advantage or efficacy of the combination. However it is important to realize that one should not and can not mix ant DPT-Hep. B-Hib vaccines extemporaneously as it is not allowed under the rules and one should mix only those vaccines that are allowed to be used by mixing under the license. Such license is given only after studies done have proved that the vaccines under consideration are satisfactorily efficacious when mixed as when given separately.
