What is the role of anti-D in Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura? and what are the side effects of using IVIG in the same condition?

anti D coats platelets and hence hemolysis prevented.IVIg can b used as is freely available but costly. Sideeffects r rare like drug reaction and anaphylaxis.
