cyclic neutropenia present as repeated episodes of fever and oral ulcers,profound neutropenia lasting for 5 days,21 day cycle, DOC is granulocyte stimulating factor

Treatment of cyclic neutropenia consists of G-CSF. For acute infections, antibiotics are required.
