since we are seeing down`s baby even in young mother should we recommend triple or quadruple screening test routinely

Yes ACMG {american College Of Medical Genetics} and FOGSI both recommend that every mother should be offred first and second trimeater screening so as to prevent not only T21 {Down Syndrome } but Neural Tube Defects, Trisomy 13 and Trisomy 18
