IN CASES OF EOS CAN WE START INJ Ampicillin 100 mg, kg, day iv 8 hrly.inj gentamycin 5 mg , kg, day 12 hrly and in ceftrixone 100 mg per kg per day iv OD emperically.when we do no have the culture facility.

I guess your EOS - you mean Early Onset Sepsis_? Early onset sepsis - generally there is NO need for Ceftriaxone. Generally Ampicillin 12 hourly is enough for newborns and Gentamicin is spelt wrongly - can be given 5 mgs, kg ONCE daily only and not 12 hourly.
