How can we differentiate between regurgitation of milk and GERD in a baby of 1-2 months of age?

GERD is ger with associated effects so ger or regurg is normal and if that gets associated with problems then its GERD. Problems include not gaining weight respiratory, excessive crying, etc.

Movement of stomach contents into the oesophagus through Lower Oesophageal Sphincter is called GERD. Reaching these contents into mouth is called Regurgitation.
