A baby of one half month with very small ant fontanelle. What will be future of baby? Any further investigation required?

Monitor the head circumference and watch out for microcephaly and craniosynostosis. Watch for pressure symptoms such as vision problems, signs of raised ICT and hearing problems.

if shape of head and head circumfernece ar normal, no need for furhter investigation. the baby will develop normally.

further investigation, metabolic screening to exclude any metabolic disease.
investigation to exclude intrauterine infctions as STORCHEB
ultrasound head if possible
CT BRAIN to detect any pathology
