A 5yrs old had a read traffic accident sustained minor injuries five days back. Now developed tetnus. Controlled seizures on medication. Just want to know how long I should be giving tetglob?

You can give standard dose of 500 units, However doses as high as 3000-6000 units have been tried and found to be useful in neutralizing the toxins.
