A 15 months old male child has ?Breath holding spells since he was a few weeks old. He does it 3 to 4 times a day. Recently they seem to be worse and 10 days ago he had one where he went into convulsions for 5 minutes. While in the hospital, his CPK levels were at 7000 then dropped to 6000 and they proceeded to raise to 30,000. What could possibly be the diagnosis?

Rhabdomyolysis. Rule out IEM- congenital myopathies.

this much rise in CPK is seen in muscle degenerative disorders.how is child's neurological findings is there any deficeit?
