A 1 month old baby presented with cyanosis, hyperepnoea,on enquiring had cyanosis since birth. 1.Could it be TOF with a spell 2.Does propranpolol have role in management of this baby

No i is not TOF, propranol will not be helpful

Likely cardiac cause

After ECHO of heart may arrive at a Fallot diagnosis, if so Propranolol could have a part to play in a cardiologists hands.
