8 yrs old male child presented with a 7 months history of repeated falls and initially complex partial seizures followed by GTCS,{1-2 episodes first,later status epilepticus} came to the emergency in a state of unconsciousness {E1V1M2}. He was having progressive cognitive decline for past 4 months, and aphasia for past 2 months. What is the likely diagnosis?

i believe we should suspect metabolic disorders,esp. e` the H-O regretion of neurodevelopmental milestones and the associated siezures
