5 years old male presents with one week history of fever 38-39 c with generalized lymphadenopathy high ESR, high CRP, high LDH, {666}, negative blood growth or urine growth, negative brucella antigen. THere is no malaria, has normal renal function tests, high creatine kinase. CMV EBV no result as yet. CT SCAN BRAIN NORMAL. LP NOT DONE. What are other differential diagnosis?
