-2 - WHAT ABOUT CONSENT IN UNDER 16 AGE AND PARENT NOT AVAILABE AND IF PARENT AGREED AND CHILD REFUSE

-3- IF PRENATAL DIAGNOSIS ENSURE CHRONIC DISEASE IN FETUS THAT DOES ONE PARENT NOT WANT AND ASK ABORTION . IF IT ALLOWED AND IF OTHER PARENT REFUSE WHAT IS THE SITUATIONS

Death certificate- Any registered Medical practitioner whose duties and responsibility falls to write and issue a death certificate
Laws may varies..
consent under 16- in immegency cases treatment can be started without parentral consent,in non immeggency condition if parents refuse hospital ethical committe should be involved,Minor can give cosent in the cases like STDS,Sexual problems,drug addictions,abortion,or if he is finicially indpendant ,taking care of himself.
ABORTION-FETUS is part of mothers body and she has absulute right ,weather to go for abortion,maternal consent and opinion is enough.

ALL THESE SITUATION ETHICAL ISSUES , LAWS MAY VARIES IN DIFFRENT STATES AND DIFFRENT COUNTRY.

Doctors can write death certificate. For children under 16 years of age consent can be given by guardian or the parent. In case of emergency {life threatening situation} and no guardian or adult available, the form can be signed by 2 medical officers in presence of 2 witnesses. Prenatal termination of pregnancy in case of chronic disease in fetus is a delicate situation and consent from the woman is required for the same.
