Discussion :
Osteopetrosis. X- Ray shows generalized increase in bone density with defective metaphyseal modeling and a “bone in bone” appearance. Patients with osteopetrosis present with failure to thrive, malignant hypocalcemia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, fractures and hepatosplenomegaly. Bony encroachment of foramina may lead to cranial nerve involvement.
