what is difference of fluid requirement in neonate in first day of life with no urine passage and same neonate with 200ml urine in his first 10 hours of life
0
Expert Answer :
Normal healthy newborns may not have any urine output in first 24 hours after birth. Thus fluids would be same. Only if the child does not pass urine even after 24 hours, then one needs to determine the cause and if due to renal failure would have to give according to renal adjustment.
