Question of the Week

Question :

My daughter is 6 months old. When she was born the doctor said she has an anterior anus. The only visually thing wrong with her is that her anus and vagina are very close together. No test have ever been done. Since she was born we have had problems with constipation. We usually have to give an enema once a week. My question is what is the difference in an Anterior anus and an Imperforate anus?
