Male child aged 6yrs has gall stones. What is the role of gallstones dissolving drug in children and its dose?

Ureodeoxycholic acid would be recommended as a choleretic only if there is sludging and there is a cholestrol stone. There is no role of choleretics in patients with bilirubin stones. In children, gallstones are commonly due to hemolytic anemia and are usually bilirubin stones.
