I would like to know what is whartons jelly cyst? Are they common and are they benign? Articles present that these cyst can be associated with VACTERL and also obstructive uropahty in neonates. If that is the case, should all neonates with these cysts be worked up with USG kidney and Xray spine? If a single cyst was found can they be normal variant?
