I had a 20 days old neonate weighing 1800 grams born to 1st degree consangineous marriage brought in state of HYPOGLYCEMIA. Within 48 hrs, baby went into coma and died. Urine collected now shows MAPLE SYRUP URINE DISEASE {MSUD}. WHAT SHOULD BE ADVISED TO PARENTS FOR NEXT CONCEPTION?
