Can a child who develops convulsions with the first dose of DPT be given acellular DaPT?

Acellular DPT gives an advantaage of less fever, less swelling and less incidence of hypotensive hyporesponsive episodes, but as far as convulsions are considered, it is just the same.

yes, convulsion ccould also be due to fever and that should be managed.
