A two year boy is having squint significant on left side,recently noticed by parents.Child looks perfectly normal,movements of both eyes are normal,but sometimes his left eye looks slightly deviated medially{towards the nasal bridge},which is not permanent.No evidence of visual impairment.There is no such type of history in the family.What could be the cause and the management of squint in this two year old boy.
