A 6 years old male presented with fever followed by swelling of the face within 24 hours which was followed by necrotising lesion of the nasal cavity extending to the periorbital and ethmoid, maxillary and sphenoid sinus. There is no significant past history of repeated infections, chronic nasal disharge or contact with TB. No history suggestive of immunodeficiency or diabetes mellitus. There is history of 4 sibling sudden deaths in infancy, without any prior illness, cause not known. On examination, there was crusted lesion with destruction of nasal septum with periorbital swelling. Please suggest some differential diagnosis and the most likely diagnostic possibility.
