Gingival hypertrophy. This child is most probably on Phenytoin and that has lead to gingival hypertrophy as is seen in the photograph almost covering both the incisors. The other adverse effects with Phenytoin are nystagmus, cerebellar ataxia, neutropenia and fetal hydantoin syndrome. |
