This child presented with progressive fever and pallor with these hypopigmented lesions all over the body. He was on some ayurvedic preparations for epilepsy.

Arsenic Poisoning
Inorganic arsenic is found in pesticides, herbicides, dyes, homeopathic medicines and folk remedies. Chronic exposure is characterized by prolonged fatigue, malaise, weight loss, headache, chronic encephalopathy, peripheral neuropathy, pancytopenia, gastroenteritis, alopecia, oral ulcers, pruritic rash, desquamation, transverse striae on nails.
