What are the causes of isolated 3rd and 4th ventricular dilatation with normal lateral ventricles, with cerebellar hypoplasia in a new born {as seen on USG}? the baby also has facial dysmorphism in the form of : Hypertelorism, low set ears, depressed nasal bridge. Spine is apparently normal.
