Known case of medulloblastoma treated surgically by nearly total excision followed by {6} courses of Cisplatin plus Etopside every 3 weeks. Recurrence of the tumor with metastasis to spinal cord proved by the last {MRI}. The neurosurgeon advice chemotherapy. What is your opinion....?

High- dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell rescue at the time of relapse may be considered.
