hn hypoplastic left heart why distress appear after murmur and what types of murmur in this condition

Murmur is due to the large flow across the pulmonary artery or tricuspid regurgitation.
Once the pulmonary vascular resistance drops the pulmonary blood flow increases. This also could cause coronary stl as the duct flow is necessary for systemic perfusion and coronary perfusion retrogradely via the hypolplastic ascending aorta. Both these could cause distress in the baby. This could be further greatly complicated by a closing duct and , or a restrictive ASD.
