A six year old boy has tics. These "tics" are in varying symptoms. Last year it was a strong exaggerated blinking and a honking noise. This time the blinking varies from that of last year, and now he shakes as if he is having a small spasm or seizure in his arms and,or head.What to do?

Are we dealing with an atypical absence seizure with dominant motor movement of head and neck,do an EEG see if classical pic. is present.
