a girl aged 12 years presented with itching and redness in both palms,pain in hand since couple of days.antihistamies were given with analgesics but no response.now after 3 days developed mouth ulcer espcially over tongue,what to do,blood counts done are normal.please guide ,what could be probable diagnosis and any suggestions for management.dr.pragnesh

Expert Answer :
Rule out hand foot mouth disease. IT may be coxsackie infection. Treatment would be symptomatic.
