A 3 years old child diagnosed to have Nephrotic syndrome. He was given 6 weeks of daily prednisoloen 60mg, m2, day and then 6 weeks of alternate day keeping the same dose and then gradula tapering over next 2 months. He relapsed within 3 days of stopping his prednisolone. Whats the further management of this child_?

re peat the steroids, if multiple relapses then compitable with steroid dependent or frequently relaspsing Neph Synd and may benefit {if steroid toxic} from cytoxan or levamisole
