9 year old boy, presented to ER with severe allergic reaction to halloween mask, angioedema of eyes, nose and lips. prednisone and benadryl given. Next day began with acholic stools which persisted for 4 days with abdominal discomfort, loss of stamina, loss of appetite and puritis of abdomen. normal CBC and LFT's. Liver enlargement is present. any Ideas?
