7 yr old male child came with h,o fever and cough since 6days, malaena since 2 days. Physical exam reveals a tender hepatomegaly of 2cm , just palapable spleen ,occasional crepts in right infrascapular area.

Investigations:
Hb 9gm Percent,
WBC: 26000,76 Percent poly,23 Percent lympho, 1 Percent monocytes,
Platelets: 91000,cumm,
SGOT: 440,SGPT: 130, BILI 1.2mg Percent.
CXR: minimal infiltrates retrocardiac.

Please suggest a differential from these findings on day 1 of admission.
