Agalsidase Alfa/Beta


Indication :

  • Enzyme replacement for Fabry’s Disease

Dosing :

Agalsidase alfa: 0.2 mg/kg as IV infusion over 40 mins. Repeat 2 weekly.
Agalsidase beta: 1 mg/kg as IV infusion over 4-6 hours. Repeat 2 weekly.

Adverse Effect :

Injection site pain, headache, flushing, fever, rigors, abdominal pain, chest pain, diarrhea, dizziness, eczema, hypertension, myalgia, URI, nausea, vomiting.


Hepatic Dose :

No dosage adjustments are recommended.
