Hello, I have following Urine test report with following things are red marked 1- Proteins +ve 2- Epithelial cells 8-10 /HPF and 3- Crystal calcium oxalate numerous Please tell me what all of the above means and what effects these things can cause on health. I will be thankful to you.
Answer
Why was the urine test done in the first place? You need to correlate the report with the clinical symptoms. The report only suggests a loss of proteins in the urine. Presence of epithelial cells may be normal. Calcium oxalate crystals may be seen in normal individuals or in patients with kidney stones. Back to All Questions
