Question
My 3 year old daughter will be joining a Prep school next week. My concern is - with so many kids using the same toilet seat and with no means to verify hygiene maintained in the school toilet, can this lead to urinary infection?
Answer
No, urinary tract infection is not passed by sharing common toilet. However a proper hygiene should be maintained. In fact an Indian toilet would be better than a commode as there is no chance of contact with a contaminated seat.
