I am 54 years old and have been diagnosed with Turner's syndrome. What are the cognitive delays associated with this syndrome?
Answer
Many studies indicate that girls with Turner's syndrome have a disharmonic IQ profile: a verbal IQ that seems to be at a (nearly) normal level and a decreased PIQ. Visual-spatial problems are common. Motor function and calculative skills are also affected. Back to All Questions
