My daughter is almost 10, her left breast has a bump in the middle of the nipple and is complaining it is hurting her, I can also see where the rest of the breast is swollen where as the right nipple is still small and flat...is she starting to develop already?
Answer
The breast development is the first sign of puberty. It is usually unilateral first and then both breast start developing.
