Respected Sir/Madam I need an urgent guidance from you My friend is pregnant and it's her end of 5th month. Actually her placenta is little down and she has leakage in her membrane so there is no liquid in the baby's bag. I don't know what to do doctors are suggesting abortion, but baby is fine .we have done sonography and she's feeling the movement of the baby is there any other solution please reply soon thanks.

If the membranes have ruptured and there is no amniotics fluid, then the best option would be to go into a termination of pregnancy as it would be very dangerous to keep the pregnancy going on as it can lead to infection in the fetus and also premature delivery that can lead to brain, intestinal, jaundice and heart problems in the child as the child would be very small and low weight leading to emotional and financial drainage to the family and a long term chronic illness in the child.
