Question
I am 16 years old and have squint in the left eye right from childhood. I would like to know if it can be cured even now, can I go in for contact lenses or a squint removal surgery.
Answer
Please read the article on Squint on www.pediatriconcall.com or from the link given below:

Treatment would depend on whether the squint is a paralytic or a non paralytic squint and whether associated with any refractive error. Squint is treated with exercises, correction or refractive error and squint surgery depending on individual problems. You need to get your eyes examined by an ophthalmologist to decide on what would be best for you.
