My 5 year old daughter has an itching problem in her private part (Vagina) since the last 15 days. I have given her medicines for deworming her of thread worms also but it has not helped. Have also used a anti fungal cream as recommended by the doctor, but the problem still persists. I would appreciate to hear from you on some remedy for the same.
Answer
Since deworming and antifungal cream does not seem to help, rule out a urine infection and vaginal infection such as Trichomoniasis. You can get her urine tested and a gynecologist to examine her. Treatment needs to be given according to the cause. Back to All Questions
