Question
I am mixing breast milk and formula and giving to my 3 week old by bottle. My question is, how many ounces on average should I be feeding my baby at one time?
Answer
The best way to do is to give as much as your baby wants i.e. till the hunger is satisfied. Usually they would require to be fed every 3-4 hours and the quantity would increase as the baby grows older. One can be sure that the feed is enough if your baby is putting on adequate weight.
