Question
My son is 6 months old. He was circumcised at birth. His skin has healed and fused to his penis head. So, really it looks like he doesn't have a head. My question is, do you know how this is fixed and what type of anesthetic will be used?
Answer
Whether the skin has fused to the glans can be checked by probing with a blunt instrument. It needs to be checked by a pediatric surgeon.
