I am 46 years old, weighing about 75 kg. My height is 162 cms. Can I reduce my weight by practicing any mudra? If so, which mudra should I practice & for how many minutes. It is a problem of all my family members, hence please suggest me some mudras.
Answer
Yes, there are mudra to decrease weight. However one can do pranayama especially kapaalbharti and pranayama which is very useful to decrease weight. You need to do at least 300 strokes in 5 minutes for it to be effective. It has to be done on an empty stomach.
