Question
Currently I'm using white rice to cook porridge for my daughter (8 months old). Can I mix (or only use) unpolished rice to cook her porridge? If I want to give her juice, what fruits are the best? Do I have to pre-cook the juice or fruits before feeding her? Thank you.
Answer
You can use either white or unpolished rice for making the porridge but do not mix the same. Juices of any fruits can be given and there is no need to pre-cook the juice or fruits before feeding her.
